Excellent service from Best Cars couldn’t recommend them enough. I went to them not knowing what I really wanted then I met Ray. He find me the perfect car matched all my needs and even delivered it to my house. The car came and looked like new I’m totally in love with it. A very smooth experience when we went to look at a car on Saturday. I was even shown photos of the damage off the car before they repaired it to an amazing condition. After agreement was made again a xmooyh experience via email. Even down to the delivery on the Tuesday. I would highly recommend these brothers and customer service was excellent.

Recently bought a Peugeot 2008 (16 plate) apart from it looking absolutely amazing, and driving really well. Both of the people who I had spoken to through this buying process where completely open and ensured I understood everything, best customer service I’ve had in 20 years of buying cars!

Recently my sister brought a car from best cars. Absolutely brilliant company, the two brothers who dealt with us was so upfront, honest, open very patient, and exceptionally helpful in every way. They constantly kept in touch while the car went through mot which went through no problem's. They are very polite and respectable, delivery was spot on. I wish all car sales companies could be like best cars and take a leaf out of best cars staff none of us would be conned.thank you for a great experience.

Purchased a 2010 Mazda 2 Sport.
Top quality customer service, arrived early and they came to greet me.
Took me on an extensive test drive which is unusual for smaller dealers, he was totally honest all the way through and that's what I valued the most.
They took deposit and delivered the car FOC to me today, they even added new brake discs to the front which wasn't expected.
Over all i would highly recommended these fellas, they even have garages where you can get repairs/servicing done

I’m a fairly new driver and had a bad experience purchasing a car in the past from a private dealer so was hesitant to buy from rehman BUT I can’t express how amazing him and his bro have been the are honest genuine people who have had a lot of patience and time for me and also went out of their way to help me with any queries I had. Communication was never an issue They are always on hand with the aftercare too. I love my new car it was delivered to my address in top condition with a years mot on it I couldn’t ask for anything else and I can honestly 1000% recommend best cars and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

I had an excellent experience with Best Cars yesterday. I travelled from Scotland to view the car and Best Cars were extremely helpful from start to finish. The car itself was exactly as advertised and absolutely immaculate. All paperwork was delivered extremely professionally and they even checked to make sure we got the car home. A great family business that I would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a Skoda Yeti from Best Cars in Walsall and received the best service from my first contacting them. As I was making enquiries from a long distance away in Brighton I was sent videos of the car to help me decide before I came to view it. When in Walsall I received a great welcome and was made to feel comfortable making a decision. Nothing was too much. Highly recommend the professional and friendly service from Rehman and his knowledgeable brother at Best Cars. They talked me through several options and found the perfect car for my situation. Bought my first car from here, they were very friendly, and made the process of buying my first car easy and simple. Also, they offered free delivery for the vehicle, and made sure that the car was clean and had some fuel in the tank. Excellent sales and customer service. I bought a Mazda 2 and it was delivered when agreed with a years warranty, full MOT and a tank full of petrol. The car was immaculate inside and out I would definitely recommend Best Cars.
